001 How to use this course
- 第一部分视频会讲解很多面试中常问的问题，整个学习过程就是①看视频②写下自己的答案③训练口语
- 第二部分是STAR面试问题，要学会如何讲自己的故事，举什么例子，基本的句子结构；
- STAR面试问题通过让候选人描述过去特定情境中的任务、行动和结果，来评估其行为和能力。
- STAR面试需要着重使用过去时态的语法；
002 更好的流利英语习惯
- 学习一个新单词或者新短语时，至少要重试十次，充分地训练可以让自己在说出时更有底气，更自信。
- 口语不是一种学习，而是一种练习，就像篮球选手练习投篮一样。
- 口语练习的很重要一点就是先听，并且听对，尤其是工作领域的特殊词汇。可以在google上搜索 单词 pronunciation可以实现AI发音。
- 慢，即是快。如果不能先慢慢地讲英语，就不能快速地讲对英语。
- 训练的时候，需要把一个句子分成一个个单词，然后依次练习。就像我初中背诵语文课文一样。
003 努力研究你的候选公司或者领域
- 找到与你候选公司或者领域相关的视频，锻炼你的听力；
- 找到一个较短的视频或者音频，大约1~3分钟。专注于少量材料，集中注意力并重复，直到能够完全理解。
- 如果在训练中学到一些短语或者常用法，尝试用和自己相关的信息来表达出来。
- 在进行日常生活活动时，也要听英语的听力，进行磨耳朵。
004 单词表和发音表
- 平时记录下自己常遇到的一些单词，并且尝试给这些单词增加一些短语或者句子。
- 单词表中有些单词很难发音，简历自己的一个发音表。训练时，要按照单词的音标，慢慢发音。
005 问题1：介绍一下你自己
回答问题从三个方面回答：
- Present： 介绍我现在在哪里工作； Well, At the moment I am employed at OceanBase as a Database Kernel Developer Engineer.
- Past：过去曾经在哪里工作; Before that, I completed my degree from Northeastern University in Shenyang. During my studies, , I interned as a Big Data Engineer at ByteDance.
- Future：未来希望能够在哪里; I am now eager to embrace new challenges and am actively seeking a role in software development engineering.
008 问题2：你的强项是什么？
- Firstly, I have a positive work attitude and always approach tasks with a high level of responsibility. I believe that only through hard work can success be achieved, so I always put in my best effort to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Secondly, as a team member, I place great emphasis on teamwork. I am good at listening to and incorporating others’ opinions, combining the collective wisdom to solve problems. Additionally, I am always willing to help others, whether it is providing technical support or sharing my experiences, I am dedicated to contributing to the team’s progress.
- Overall, I believe that these strengths not only enhance my personal work efficiency but also contribute to the overall collaboration and success of the team.
010 问题3：为什么我们要雇佣你？
I currently possess knowledge and skills related to C++ programming, operating systems, and databases, which align well with the engineering position being advertised. Additionally, I greatly appreciate your company’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity, and I will strive to embody these values. Therefore, I believe I am a good fit for this position.
